Readers, do you look for the same essentials in romance novel love scenes that you do for film and TV?  What advantage do you think one medium has over the other?  And which do you prefer?  Reading, listening (audio books) or watching? 

Writers, what about your books?  Do you ever get inspiration from TV or silver screen love scenes? I do sometimes, especially when I’m not ‘feeling it‘ …. like now.

See, there’s this BIG love scene I’ve been putting off writing–since forever.  My characters are ready, but I’m not.  So this week, I figured I’d stop procrastinating and do a little … um … research, you know, to jump-start my muse.
