I think I'll get another/bigger thumb drive too. My 4G holds all I need it to, but I am paranoid enough to want more :smile: That external sounds wild (I think mine is pretty big like that but I can't remember--it's only about half full and I was doubling/tripling up on save files until I figured out how to do it correctly...DOH!) I have another google email account that I send myself copies of files and new versions. So an automatic copy is created in both my regular account upon sending it, and then in the email I'm sending to the other account. Now if Google crashes, then I'm SOL. :cry: Dennie,

You're right, Dennie, backing up is no joke. The hard way is not a learning option with manuscripts and business data. They have 1 1/2 Terabyte drives now for around a hundred dollars. During NaNo I e-mailed myself daily. I have three accounts. All three have an updated version. Same goes for every story I write. Plus, I have this other computer that I use. It has everything on it. Pictures the whole nine. Not mentioning I have Picaso with Google where I uploaded all my pics to. Also, three flash drives.
