can-i-get-a-woot

Yesterday was one of those family-busy days. I had to do the first round of edits my editor sent me (like two weeks ago due Wednesday, that I totally put off–got ‘em ALL done thankyouverymuch). The kiddos get home from school then we have a thing for one of them all evening, then home to put two to bed and off to pick the dh up from the airport. No rest for me.

The bright spot: get home and find my author copies for TRADING FACES sitting on my front porch. WOOT, WOOT!

BUY IT NOW

It was a wonderfully bright spot.

As writer’s most of our ups and downs are internalized. When you’re hitting your writing stride the last thing you want is someone talking to you, drawing you away, mucking up your mojo. When you’re stuck (at least for me) you don’t want to be asked questions as to WHY you might be stuck; that just seems like rubbing it in.

So when we do have the little special moments, you need to share… for y’all, I want to share and give away a copy of my June release to the Chica readers. Leave a comment and I will randomly draw a name and ship you a book. WOOT WOOT!
