Plug a friend’s book: Kimberly Killion
It’s summertime, school gets out TODAY for my boys and I am in a festive mood (yeah, they will be home pretty much 24/7, but I don’t have to worry about alarm clocks and homework, lunches and report cards–YAY!).
So in that mood, I’d like to introduce y’all to Kim, fellow HHRW gal and a sweetheart. She has a new release coming out soon (which BTW just receieved 4 stars from Romantic Times–WOOHOO!) and I wanted to share . . .
She will be a “behind the books” author in September, but I wanted to get a plug in for her soon-to-be-released book.

BLURB:
“A sensual and spirited romance by a masterful new writer.”—Patricia Rice,
A single raven follows them. Is it an omen? Or only the first of those who would capture them? They must ride on. If captured, they will face death together. But if they reach Scotland, he will claim her for his own…forever.LINKS: Website: http://www.kimberlykillion.com

BIO:
Kimberly Killion writes Sexy Medieval Romances for Kensington Publishing/Zebra. She found her love for all things tragic, passionate, and historic after taking a mythology course in college. The book wasn’t Romeo and Juliet, as you might suspect, but Dante’s Inferno, Oedipus, The Iliad, and a few other Greek tragedies. An artist by profession, Kimberly traded her paintbrush for a pen and began to explore the realm of romance. Sharing her passion for words by teaching college, Kimberly lives in Illinois with her husband, two children, a dog, three cats, and two dozen chickens.

OH! and I guess I should have added, if you’d like to plug someone’s book give us a name/link
Sounds like a kick-butt…er, “arse” story, Dennie.
And I LOVE the drama of the blurbs for historicals. They just sweep you away!
“Consumed by mortal fear, driven by passion, they disappear into the night…”
It sounds fab…the hero has chest hair (at least on the cover LOL) and I LURVE Kim’s shirt! LOL
I know right, Raine…
I hadn’t even noticed the chest hair!, but now that you mention it, you don’t see that much–it’s nice, makes him seam more … real. (And yep, she’s a cutie patootie!)
Hi all! Sorry to be chiming in so late…the day job strikes again.
I just wanted to thank Denise for plugging my book. And thank, too, to Amie for ‘lurving’ my shirt.
I love the cover of my debut book, chest hair and all.
Congrats to all of you on your success as well…
ta-ta for now.
Kim
That cover rocks!
Wow, this looks like a fabulous book! Congrats on your new release, Kimberly!
PS: I love the emoticons. Really, I have to try at least one.
I’m with Tanya, that cover rocks, and I love the chest hair on the hero. yum.
